Keeping Things in Perspective
As we spend the next week putting the wrapping and bows on our Christmas gifts, attending a few more parties, and baking the last our those tasty treats...remember, to take a moment to breathe. This season, especially with all the craziness that is going on around you, is a reminder that the truest gifts are those we hold dear to our hearts. Call a friend, go for a walk or just take 10 minutes to meditate. Just do something for YOU.
